Preface

Recently, Charging Head Network obtained a 33W digital fast charging charger K02 launched by
Shenzhen Beishida Electronics Co., Ltd. This is a product launched by Beishida for the 30W fast
charging market. It is compact and exquisite, equipped with 1A1C interfaces, and can charge up
to two devices at the same time.


In addition, the charger is equipped with a digital display screen that can display the charging
power in real time. For users who are curious about whether the device is in fast charging or slow charging mode, it is undoubtedly a great feature. Below, the charging head network will disassemble
this charger to see how the materials and workmanship are.

The front of the packaging box is printed with the product name, 33W power, USB+Type-C interface configuration, and appearance diagram. The product is available in black and white styles.


The product specifications and manufacturer information are printed on the back.


The packaging contains a charger, and the body is covered with scratch resistant plastic film for protection.

The Beishida 33W charger comes in Chinese, European, and British versions, with only different pins and relevant safety certifications. The appearance, interface configuration, and input/output parameters of the main body are
the same, and all are equipped with a digital display screen.


The European and British chargers have passed CE and RoHS certifications, and the Chinese version of the charger has passed CCC certification, all of which meet the corresponding quality requirements. Taking the Chinese version
of the charger as an example for detailed introduction.


The charger body is shaped like a square pillar, with a black PC material shell and a matte and glossy color blocking design on the waist, with smooth transitions between each side.


Equipped with fixed national standard pins, the input housing is printed with charger parameters.

The top of the body is designed with a high gloss surface, with concave edges, equipped with 1A1C interfaces and a digital display screen.

The power display screen does not light up when the power is turned on, it only lights up and displays real-time charging power during charging.


The same applies when using USB-A ports, which are designed to be more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.


Using ChargerLAB POWER-Z KT002, it was measured that the USB-A port supports Apple 2.4A, Samsung 5V2A, DCP protocol, as well as QC2.0/3.0, AFC, FCP, SCP fast charging protocol.



Tested that the USB-C port supports QC2.0/3.0, AFC, FCP, SCP, PE2.0, PD3.0, PPS fast charging protocols.



And it also has five fixed voltage levels of 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V2.5A, 15V2A, and 20V1.5A, as well as one PPS voltage level of 3.3-11V3A.

After reading the unboxing and testing of the Beishida 33W digital fast charger, we will now disassemble the charger to see how the internal materials and workmanship are.



Disassemble the input end casing, package it with ultrasonic welding, and connect the pins to the PCB board through metal spring plates for power supply. In addition, insulation isolation and heat dissipation treatment are carried out between them.

Remove the PCBA module and attach a blue thermal pad to the transformer.


The measured module length is 38.99mm.


The width is 27.88mm.
The width is 25.47mm.


The PCBA module is designed by stacking multiple small boards, with one board vertically soldered on the side. The two USB sockets and digital display screen at the output end are soldered on three small boards respectively.


Fill white glue reinforcement between components such as transformers and capacitors to enhance the overall stability of the module.

The back of the side panel is equipped with a switch power supply main control chip and a feedback optocoupler.


The back of the bottom small board is equipped with patch fuses, rectifier bridges, synchronous rectifier tubes, and synchronous rectifier controllers.


Split the module and install differential mode inductors, two high-voltage filtering electrolytic capacitors, two main control chip power supply capacitors, and a transformer on the front side of the side panel.



The front of the bottom small board is equipped with common mode inductors, surface mount Y capacitors, and output filtering solid-state capacitors.
