Preface
JOYCOOM has launched a 30W charger with a white PC casing and a simple design. The charger is equipped with European standard fixed pins and outputs a single USB-C interface. Output supports PD and PPS fast charging, as well as multiple fast charging protocols. This charger also has a 20V output range, which can meet the charging needs of laptops, phones, and tablets, and has good fast charging compatibility. Below, the charging head network will disassemble this charger and take a look at its internal materials and design.
Appearance of Jiletang 30W charger
The charger adopts a white shell made of PC fire-resistant material, with a frosted body and a contrasting design with bright edges, creating a very simple style.
The input end of the body is a raised prismatic pin end, equipped with two cylindrical European-style pins.
The power lettering is injection molded and stamped on one side of the body.
The body is designed with the words 30W SUPER CHARGE.

The charger has passed CE certification.
The top of the body is printed with the JOYCOOM brand, and there is a USB-C interface near the edge.
The measured length of the charger body is 44.45mm.
The width is 33.3mm.

The thickness is 33.35mm.
The size of the charger in the hand is intuitively felt.
Additionally, the net weight of the charger was measured to be approximately 55g.
Using ChargerLAB POWER-Z KM003C, it was measured that the USB-C port supports FCP, AFC, QC3+/4+, PD3.0, PPS, DCP, and Apple 2.4A charging protocols.
The PDO message shows that the USB-C port also has five fixed voltage levels of 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V2.5A, 15V2A, and 20V1.5A, as well as two PPS fast charging levels of 3.3-11V3A and 3.3-16V2A.
Disassembly of Jile Tang 30W charger
After gaining a basic understanding of the 30W charger from Jile Tang, we will now disassemble it to examine its internal design and materials.
Firstly, pry open the shell along the seam, fix the shell by ultrasonic welding, and paste a thermal pad onto the PCBA module.
The pins are connected to the PCBA module for power supply through metal sheet crimping.
Paste insulated thermal pads on the side of the PCBA module.
Remove the PCBA module from inside the casing.
The PCBA module is composed of two small boards that are soldered together. Transformers, filtering capacitors, and other components are soldered inside the space formed by the small boards.
The length of the PCBA module measured using a vernier caliper is approximately 39.42mm.
The width of the PCBA module is approximately 27.9mm.
The height of the PCBA module is approximately 25.6mm.
The bottom panel is a switch power supply panel, and the side panel is an input filter, rectifier, and output rectifier and filter panel.

Weld and split into two small plates, then proceed with disassembly. Through observation, it was found that the 30W charger from Jile Tang adopts the classic architecture design of QR switch power supply wide range output and protocol chip control output voltage. On the left side of the bottom small board are synchronous rectification chips, protocol chips, output filtering capacitors, and USB-C sockets, while on the left side are NTC surge suppression resistors and common mode inductors.
Solder patch fuses, rectifier bridges, and patch Y capacitors on the back of the small board.
The input fuse specification is 2A 250V.
