BESDA has launched a 65W fast-charging charger, designed based on a cutting-edge gallium nitride solution, and it is compact and portable overall. In addition, it is equipped with the currently mainstream USB-C interface, providing up to 65W PD fast charging, while also supporting UFCS integrated fast charging, further enhancing the overall compatibility of the product and meeting the fast-charging needs of various brands of mobile phones, laptops, and other electronic devices. Appearance of Beishida 65W gallium nitride charger
The Beishida 65W gallium nitride charger features a high-flame-retardant plastic shell, with an overall classic white color scheme. The surface of the charger is treated with a matte finish, giving it a minimalist style.

Using ChargerLAB POWER-Z KM003C, it was measured that the USB-C port supports UFCS, FCP, SCP, AFC, QC3+/5, PD3.0, PPS, DCP, and Apple 2.4A charging protocols.
The PDO message shows that the USB-C port also has five fixed voltage levels of 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, and 20V3.25A, as well as two PPS voltage levels of 3.3-11V3A and 3.3-21V3A.
In addition, it was measured that UFCS fusion fast charging has a voltage range of 5-11V3A.
Dismantling of Beishida 65W Gallium Nitride Charger
Disassemble the input terminal housing and connect the pins to the module through wire soldering for power.
Remove the PCBA module, cover the top of the module with thermal pads, and reinforce the capacitors with adhesive.
The measured module length is 45.41mm.
The width is 32.94mm.
The thickness is 26.06mm.
Both the input and output terminals of the module are equipped with small boards, and components such as transformers and capacitors are reinforced with glue.
The back of the motherboard is also covered with thermal pads.
Clean the thermal pad and white glue, and there are also I-shaped inductors, main control chip power supply capacitors, and blue Y capacitors on the front of the module.
Remove the input terminal small board, which is equipped with a delay fuse, NTC thermistor, common mode inductor, and safety X2 capacitor on the front.
The back of the motherboard is equipped with a rectifier bridge, power control chip, optocoupler, surface mount Y capacitor, synchronous rectification controller, and synchronous rectification tube.
The specification of the delay fuse is 3.15A 250V.
NTC thermistor is used to suppress surge current during power on.
Common mode inductor double wire winding is used to filter out EMI interference.
The capacitance of the safety X2 capacitor is 0.22 μF.
