What are the characteristics of the forward voltage drop of a diode?

The voltage drop of the diode after forward conduction remains basically unchanged, but the following factors may cause slight changes in the voltage drop:

When the temperature rises, the pressure drop of the diode will slightly decrease; When the temperature decreases, the pressure drop of the diode will slightly increase.

When there is a significant change in forward current, there will be a slight change in forward voltage drop. When there is a small change in the forward voltage, it will cause a significant change in the forward current.

The characteristic of the voltage drop of diode diodes changing slightly with temperature can be used to design temperature compensation circuits. Without understanding this characteristic of diodes when analyzing temperature compensation circuits, the working principle of the circuit cannot be analyzed.
