The rectifier bridge circuit has malfunctioned, and it was found that the rectifier bridge has been burned out, usually due to insufficient heat dissipation fins, excessive overload surge current, and inability to dissipate heat.

1. The load of the diode rectifier bridge circuit is short circuited and the insulation is poor. Caused by excessive load current.

2. Frequent power on/off, if the inductive load belongs to the energy storage component! So it will generate a back electromotive force. Reverse breakdown of rectifying components. During bridge rectification, only one is broken. The symmetrical bridge arm will burn out!

3. Some components have been used for a long time and their quality has decreased!

4. The input voltage is too high.
