Nenghua Semiconductor has launched a reference design for a 45W LED driver power supply. This power supply features a single-stage high PF flyback design and primary feedback, eliminating the need for optocouplers and output current detection circuits. It achieves constant voltage control in the primary stage, simplifies the circuit design, and lowers costs.

This LED power supply uses Nenghua Semiconductor CE65H600TOEI depletion type gallium nitride switch tube, packaged in TO252. The rated withstand voltage of the device is 650V, with a peak withstand voltage of 800V. The power supply supports 176-264Vac input, with an output of 54V0.9A and a conversion efficiency of 90.5%.
