Faced with the popularity of fast charging and the growing market demand, Beishida has previously
launched numerous models of fast charging products such as K25/K26/K27/K28, with power coverage
of 20-35W and rich configuration options such as 1C,
2C, 1A1C, 2A1C, 2C1A interfaces, etc., to meet the needs of the public.

Recently, Beishida has launched a 45W charger designed based on cutting-edge gallium nitride
technology, which performs better in terms of efficiency and reliability compared to traditional
chargers. The charger is also compatible with a wide range of fast charging protocols, which can
meet the fast charging needs of major brands of electronic devices. Below is a detailed breakdown
of the charging head network, showing you the real materials used inside.

The charger features a classic straight board design, with an integrated white shell design for the input end and waist. The surface is treated with a high gloss finish, and the transitions on both sides are rounded.

The PDO message shows that the USB-C port has five fixed voltage levels: 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, and 20V2.25A, as well as two PPS voltage levels: 3.3-11V3A and 3.3-16V2.8A.

Dismantling of Beishida 45W Gallium Nitride Charger


Remove the top shell and take out the internal PCBA module.


There are sliding tracks on both sides of the shell to fix the PCB board, and the pins and modules adopt a contact type electrical design.


Glue and reinforce components such as capacitors and transformers on the front of the module.


There is a blue thermal pad attached to the back of the motherboard to help dissipate heat from components such as the rectifier bridge, and there are also Maillard plates for isolation between the primary stages.


The measured length of the PCBA module is 43.53mm.


The width is 36.93mm.


The thickness is 21.08mm.


After cleaning the white glue, it can be seen that there is an electric wooden board between the fuse and the transformer for isolation and protection.


The back of the motherboard is equipped with a rectifier bridge, a main control chip for switching power supply, optocouplers, and a synchronous rectifier chip.


List of input terminals, equipped with delay fuses and NTC thermistors.


The specification of the delay fuse is 2A250V.


Black NTC thermistor is used to suppress surge current during power on.


On one side of the board, there are common mode inductors, I-shaped inductors, two high-voltage filtering electrolytic capacitors, and a blue Y capacitor.


Common mode inductors are used to filter out EMI interference and are insulated with heat shrink tubing for protection.
