The voltage waveform generated by the rectifier bridge may have certain ripples and AC components in practical situations. If a stable DC voltage is needed, the following methods can be adopted for stabilization:
1. Filter capacitor: Add a capacitor in front of the load at the output end of the rectifier bridge to form a filter circuit. Capacitors can smooth ripple signals by storing charges, making the output voltage more stable.
Choosing the appropriate capacitance value can balance the removal effect of ripple and response speed.
2. Voltage regulator: Using voltage regulator devices such as voltage regulator diodes or integrated voltage regulator chips to stabilize the voltage output by the rectifier bridge at a fixed level. These voltage regulators are capable of handling input voltage fluctuations
Automatically adjust the output voltage to provide a stable DC voltage.
3. Inductive filtering: On the basis of the filtering capacitor, an inductive element is added to form an inductive filter. Inductive filters can further reduce output ripple and AC components, providing more stable DC voltage output.
4. Load balancing: Reasonably design and arrange load resistors, capacitors, and other components to balance the distribution of current between different loads and reduce output ripple.
5. Precision stabilized power supply: If there is a higher requirement for voltage stability, a dedicated precision stabilized power supply can be used, which can provide a more stable output voltage through more precise voltage regulation and filtering technology.
Select appropriate stabilization methods based on actual needs and application scenarios to obtain more stable DC voltage output. At the same time, in the design and use process, attention should also be paid to the reasonable layout of the circuit and reducing the resistance of the power line
And avoid factors such as excessive load to further improve stability.
