In the installation of rectifier bridge stack, the hand cranked AC generator outputs three wires, indicating that a three-phase three wire system is used for output. The output is three-phase electricity without a neutral wire.
Rectify three-phase AC power into DC power, preferably using a three-phase bridge rectifier device (to ensure that the input, output voltage, and output current of the rectifier bridge meet the requirements).
The connection method is simple: the three wires of the generator can be connected to any of the three terminals arranged together with the rectifier bridge. The other two terminals of the rectifier bridge are the output terminals of the DC power (the positive terminal with a+sign and the negative terminal with a - sign).
If there is no suitable three-phase rectifier bridge, six rectifier diodes can be connected together to form a three-phase bridge rectifier circuit. The selection criteria for diodes are: the voltage resistance should ideally be at twice the maximum output voltage of the generator, and the rated output current should also be greater than the rated current of the load. And attention should be paid to the heat dissipation requirements of the diode.
When installing rectifier bridge stack circuits, in addition to visual judgment, a multimeter should be used to measure the installation results
