Main parameters of thyristor

1. The average rated on state current IT is the average value of a 50 Hz sine half wave current that can continuously pass between the anode and cathode under certain conditions.

2. The forward blocking peak voltage VPF can be repeatedly applied to both ends of the thyristor when the control electrode is open and no trigger signal is applied, and the anode forward voltage has not exceeded the conduction voltage. The peak forward voltage that the thyristor can withstand cannot exceed the parameter value given in the manual.

3. When a reverse voltage is applied to the thyristor and it is in the reverse off state, the reverse peak voltage VPR can be repeatedly applied to both ends of the thyristor. When using, do not exceed the parameter value given in the manual.

4. The minimum control electrode current and voltage required for the thyristor to transition from the off state to the on state when a certain voltage is applied between the anode and cathode at a specified ambient temperature for triggering current Ig1 and triggering voltage VGT.

5. Maintain the current IH at the specified temperature, control the electrode to open circuit, and maintain the minimum anode forward current necessary for the thyristor to conduct.
