The disassembly method of surface mount integrated circuits is as follows:

If the chip integrated circuit is damaged, use a blade to cut all the pins of the integrated circuit, and then use an anti-static soldering iron to solder off the broken pins.

If it is uncertain whether the integrated circuit is damaged, a piece of enameled wire can be used to pass through the gap under the feet of the integrated circuit, with one end connected to a fixed component next to the integrated circuit and the other end pulled outward along the pins. When pulling, use an anti-static soldering iron to heat the pins in sequence to make the pins of the integrated circuit leave the circuit board.

3. Heat all the pins on one side of the integrated circuit with an anti-static soldering iron on the blade. After all the pins are heated, use a small screwdriver to pry diagonally to remove the heated side, and then use the same method to remove the other side.
