The requirements are as follows:
(1) When conducting, the driving circuit should be able to provide sufficient charging current to quickly raise the voltage between the MOSFET gate and source to the required value, ensuring that the switch diode can be quickly turned on and there is no high-frequency oscillation of the rising edge.
(2) During the conduction period of the switch, the driving circuit can ensure stable and reliable conduction of the MOSFET gate source voltage.
(3) At the moment of turning off, the driving circuit should provide a path with the lowest possible impedance for the rapid discharge of the capacitance voltage between the MOSFET gate and source, ensuring that the switching transistor can turn off quickly, while also providing negative pressure to avoid interference and misleading conduction.
(4) The driving circuit has a simple and reliable structure, low loss, and needs to be isolated according to the situation.
