What should I do if the copper foil on the circuit board breaks

If the copper foil fracture caused by improper operation of the circuit board is not remedied, the cost of scrapping a PCB is not small. Therefore, in order to reduce losses, we can perform flying wire treatment at the copper foil fracture site, that is, connecting the two sides of the fracture with copper wire to connect the circuit. If it is a little detached, it is recommended to use a small knife or other small tool to scrape off the insulation paint on the copper foil, as long as the copper is exposed, and then connect it with a little tin.

1. Clean the dirt and dust on the copper foil board. For those with severe corrosion and oxidation, use fine sandpaper to gently wipe them.

2. Add a little rosin welding paste at the welding point.

3. Insert the component, dip the soldering iron into the solder wire, and solder it.

4. Copper foil can be pre soldered.

5. Weld the broken part together with copper wire.
